30 years experience in the Residential Surveying and Valuation field.
Nigel Evans is not controlled by a large organisation
that might wish to provide you with mortgage funds or financial
services and we will not pass or sell on your details to third parties.
Nigel Evans has traditionally covered most of the Midlands conurbation,
including all B, CV and WS postcodes and we regularly work in North
Worcestershire and the Black Country. Our consultant services are
used by many of the major Lenders, National house builders and Developers
and several large Estate Agencies.
Nigel’s qualifications and memberships include:
- FRICS – Fellow of The Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors IRRV – Member of The Institute of Rating,
Revenues and Valuation ISA – Member of The Independent Surveyor’s
Association SAVA– Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation.
